How to Stock Your Freezer (and what to make)

September 23, 2014 by Anna 2 Comments

Thank you all so much for your incredible support and encouragement after yesterday’s post.  It’s amazing how, when you talk about something, you suddenly find so many other people who have struggled or are struggling with the very same thing, and it’s always good to know you’re not alone.  This may be a silly little online space, but the genuine care in your comments and messages was very real, and I wanted to say thank you for the sense of community you all lend to this space. In light of giving back, I wish I could stock all your freezers with food for you, but since that seems, well, slightly daunting, instead I’m sharing all the tools for you to do it yourself.  How generous, right? :)

Head over to The Lydia Life for all the details and my top tips for how to stock your freezer, and my favourite go-to recipes (like the Taco Taquitos above) for doing just that!  And let me know if you’d like more of that same kind of post to appear over here or if I should stick with randomly posting whatever we happen to be eating that we’re loving, or more personal/story posts…I’d love to hear from you!

Love the idea of a well organised approach to stocking the freezer. Good idea.
