We really love cookies around here. For example, you should probably make Milk Chocolate Chewies or Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies this afternoon. At the latest. I never get tired of trying new things when it comes to cookies. And I never get tired of eating cookies.
And today happens to be my 27th birthday, so I wanted to get myself a present, even if it will be belated. I’ll understand.
SOOO, all this to tell you, we’re so excited to be joining SO MANY amazing food bloggers in the first annual Food Blogger Cookie Swap!
Hosted by Love and Olive Oil and The Little Kitchen, this promises to be a feast for both tastebuds and eyes, and there’s still time (until November 18) if you have a blog and are interested in joining the cookie party! Really, who doesn’t want cookies delivered to their door??
Now to decide what to make…that’s a lot of pressure, since I’m sure there’s gonna be some amazing creations going around! What kind of cookie would you most want to receive as an early Christmas present?? Shortbread? Gingersnaps? Good ol’ chocolate chip? Elaborately decorated sugar cookies? Something else entirely??
Do tell!!

I’m not a huge gingersnap fan, but I can’t get enough of your ‘snaps. I remember eating like 5 in one sitting in your little apartment… Somehow when I make them myself they aren’t quite as good, but I still absolutely LOVE them!
But, of course, whatever you make will be amazing. Have fun!

Happy birthday! Welcome to the world of 27! :) And your “Perfect Gingersnaps” are my absolute favourite, and I would do almost anything for a box of those! ;)
