These were soooo good. My former recipe was delicious but very crumbly. These held together beautifully. I made them exactly according to your recipe. Some previous commenters found the consistency of certain layers too runny or inclined to be greasy. I wonder if it’s possibly due to being in a humid climate? I live in very arid Alberta, and they worked perfectly.
