Baked Parmesan Wedge Fries

A soft baked fry with a crispy Parmesan and paprika coated exterior. Great with steak or burgers!
  • 4 medium-large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 8 wedges each
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.or foil (if foil, spray lightly with cooking spray).
  2. Toss potatoes in oil in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and then mix them with the potatoes to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden and tender when pricked with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately.
