Homemade Raspberry Jam (no pectin, no gelatin, 3 ingredient, 5 minute jam!)

Any of your favourite fresh berries will shine in this simple, healthy jam that functions just as well on scones and toast as it does on cake or ice cream.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp honey
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in blender or food processor and process until combined and berries are fairly smooth. Transfer to small container and refrigerate until set (6+ hours).
