2 cups crushed or chopped chocolate sandwich cookies (about ½ a standard box)
⅓ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to creamed mixture, mixing until well combined. Fold in chopped cookies and chocolate chips.
Refrigerate dough for 2 hours (or more, until you’re ready to bake). To bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F, roll dough into balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
